That's another "stay off drugs kids" moment. Some people reported being able to see the other dimension. They all reported very similar visions of huge "formalin elephants" spinning in a thick red sky. What if the two dimensions collided again?

Reminds me of Pink Floyd The Wall's animation scenes! When I was watching the drawing I was listening ''Shine on you crazy diamond'' from them, for me the perfect music for this drawing, very looping...
